Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and requirements.
• Sources, recruits, and hires top technical talent for our clients.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
• Stays up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in IT, engineering, or sales recruitment.
• Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• In-office/onsite work schedule required.
