pbAbout the Role:/b/ppThe Nurse Manager at Harborview Behavioral Health Center is a registered nurse with demonstrated expertise in psychiatric nursing, leadership, and management skills. This role is responsible for creating an environment conducive to achieving quality outcomes, effective use of resources, and retention of quality staff./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliEnsure compliance with Title 9 regulations and state/local standards, including oversight, auditing, and training./liliProvide quality assurance for infection control and oversee staffing adjustments for efficient, budget-conscious care./liliLead the development of client-centered, evidence-based care delivery systems and monitor clinical practice for effectiveness./liliEstablish clinical learning opportunities, implement orientation programs, and promote ongoing staff education./liliAnalyze clinical indicators, promote quality monitoring, and drive improvements in care practices./li/ulpbQualifications & Requirements:/b/pulliEducation: Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited school of nursing./liliExperience: Minimum Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse, attained in a long-term care, med/surg or inpatient psychiatry, or similar setting./liliLicenses/Certifications: Bilingual (Preferred), Current CPR/BLS certification (required), Valid California Driver's License and driving history clear of major violations./li/ulpbWhy Work with Us:/b/ppWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
