Industrial Validation Expert

At Qrc Group Llc, we are seeking an Industrial Validation Expert to provide technical support to a manufacturing facility with experience validating laboratory equipment, preferably a complete validation of a NIR equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize equipment validation needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive validation protocols for laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Provide training and support to operators and maintenance personnel on validated equipment and procedures.
• Analyze and troubleshoot equipment performance issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry) or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a CSV consultant in regulated industries, with a strong background in laboratory equipment validation.
• Excellent technical writing and reporting skills, with the ability to create clear, concise documentation.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish, with speaking and writing proficiency.
