Strategic Operations Leadership Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, who will lead and provide guidance in the identification and implementation of strategic site improvement projects. This role requires a strong leader who can leverage both internal and external resources to achieve company objectives and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, be team work oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a site-essential role that requires 100% of shifts onsite at our facility.
