EHS Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EHS Coordinator to join our team at Oldcastle Infrastructure Product Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in analyzing the manufacturing process to eliminate hazards and ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.

• Identify and mitigate hazards using the Oldcastle Near Miss Potential Hazard program
• Track and input corrective and preventative actions to eliminate hazards
• Assist in completing incident investigations and tracking corrective actions
• Maintain safety records and prepare reports as directed
• Assist in permit applications and regulatory compliance
• Provide support to site operations staff and engineering staff during equipment or expansion projects
• Enter and maintain safety-related data into Oldcastle's software
• Arrange for and disseminate safety training as required
• Conduct daily work environment inspections and machinery and equipment inspections
• Employ corporate initiatives and observe employees to provide coaching and instruction

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in academic background or job experience
• Experience or education in maintaining OSHA and EPA compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to sell ideas and methods to management and production personnel
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
• Detail-oriented and able to work with various stakeholders
