About this Role:

This Lead Process Development Scientist position offers a unique opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceive, design, implement, and execute specific scientific experiments to drive process development and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate new processes, ensuring robust and reliable data generation.
  • Provide input on new processes to generate high-quality experimental strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines throughout the study execution.
  • Design, monitor, or conduct experimental strategies with general guidance from supervisor.
  • Analyze and interpret data, assessing its impact on projects and communicating relevant findings to stakeholders.
  • Maintain expertise in field areas, including literature and technology development, and communicate observations to the team.
  • Develop and implement innovative protocols to address specific issues, introducing advanced scientific methods when necessary.
  • Author scientific reports, summary documents, complex regulatory documents, invention disclosure submissions, and patents independently.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with six years of exposure in Scientist roles within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in process validation, mixing studies, formulation processes, process characterization, and shift administration.
