Job Summary: We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our store team on a short-term basis. The ideal candidate will provide best-in-class customer service, assist with sales and customer service activities, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, assisting with their video gaming needs, and recommending additional items as appropriate.
  • Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to all store sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure that all areas of the store are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and transferring products from the stock room to the front of the store.
  • Address guest questions and concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, and escalate customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
