Job Summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely receipt, processing, documentation, and maintenance of materials, supplies, and receipts according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to receive, process, document, and maintain materials, supplies, and receipts according to SOPs.
  • Stock and manage gowning materials, trash, and recyclable containers from manufacturing areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated areas according to GMP standards.
  • Coordinate disposal of waste, recyclables, biohazardous waste, and other materials in accordance with SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team to handle and dispose of hazardous waste streams.
  • Clean equipment, tools, and surfaces before use.
  • Conduct regular cycle and inventory counts as directed.
  • Oversee overall inventory management process, including cycle counts and full physical inventory counts.
  • Perform various material operations as needed.
  • Execute general warehouse operations, including inventory control, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and movement processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support for materials management operations.
  • Attend relevant meetings and participate in discussions related to gowning materials, components, trash, and recycling.
  • Support project initiatives related to inventory management.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts between teams and stakeholders.
  • Process incoming material shipments and move items to storage locations.
  • Retrieve required materials promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED and at least 6 years of direct experience in warehouse, manufacturing facility, or materials management settings.
