Beauty Advisor Role

Sephora seeks a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers, listening to and embracing their unique needs, and unleashing your creativity, passion, and knowledge of our iconic brands during every interaction.

Your Key Responsibilities Include
  1. Creating Amazing Customer Experience
    Provide a warm and inviting environment for our customers, offering personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  2. Supporting Store Success
    Contribute to the success of our store by maintaining a clean and organized environment, achieving sales goals, and sharing your knowledge of Sephora's policies and standards.
  3. Demonstrating Sephora Values
    Live our values of Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative, inspiring and motivating others to do the same.
We're Looking for
  1. A passion for client service and a love for working with people
  2. Knowledge about what's new and trending in beauty
  3. A track record of building relationships with customers and team members
  4. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in-the-moment and stay aware of changing store priorities
  5. Prior experience working in retail sales or services industries
  6. Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems
  7. Consistent and reliable attendance
  8. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours
  9. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for an entire shift, work in a fragrance-filled environment & handle and
