Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Brookfield Properties. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective residents, identifying their housing needs, and presenting our properties in a professional and courteous manner.

• Meet with prospective residents to discuss their housing needs and preferences
• Presents our properties in a professional and courteous manner
• Quotes established rental rates and promotions
• Completes applicant screening process and prepares appropriate correspondence
• Prepares leases and related leasing addendums
• Maintains lease records and files
• Maintains property waiting list and other updates to various records and reports

• A High School Diploma/GED
• An Associate Degree in Customer Service/Hospitality is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Leasing or Sales is required
• A valid drivers license is required, depending on the needs of the property

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.48 - 24.48, commensurate with experience. We also offer a full benefits package, generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and growth and advancement opportunities.
