About the Role:
As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will be the face of our company, building relationships with clients and providing them with the best possible solutions for their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
- Expand business by building relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities
- Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner
- Connect with clients quickly and build strong relationships to meet agreed-upon production goals
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on the best insurance products for their needs
Requirements:
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers and provide excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
