Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Advocate Health. This role will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Provide clinical care to neonatal patients and their families, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  
• Conduct patient education and counseling to promote health and wellness
  
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent as a Nurse Practitioner
  
• Current licensure in the State of Illinois
  
• Current Illinois Controlled Substance License
  
• Eligibility for DEA registration
  
• Current BLS Certification
  
• Current PALS/ACLS certification
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records
