Job Overview

Busy Season Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for processing and recording cash receipts in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, including ledgers and aging reports.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and address inquiries.
  • Support internal and external auditors by providing requested financial documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • One year of relevant experience in accounting, with a focus on cash receipts.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other accounting software systems.
  • Preferred knowledge of MRI and Ungerboek Momentus software systems.
