Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and developing a high-performing team.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate and collaborative team to run the store.
  • Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions, social media, and other initiatives.
  • Provide leadership in running an operationally sound business, balancing ops, delegation, and customer-first selling practices.
  • Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
  • Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback.
  • Run sales reports and use data to inform sales strategies.
  • Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time.
  • Develop a high-performing team of loyal associates.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of success in developing teams.
  • Excellent communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-changing retail environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
