- Run sales reports and use data to inform sales strategies.
- Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time.
- Develop a high-performing team of loyal associates.
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of success in developing teams.
- Excellent communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
- Ability to navigate a fast-changing retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
