**Job Description**

As a Financial Operations Specialist at Upturn Co., you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and providing critical support to the finance and operations teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Record Management: Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  2. Bank Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis to ensure financial accuracy.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  4. Invoice Processing: Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
