We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Actuarial to lead our Actuarial team and drive strategic decision-making across the organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding the work of the Actuarial team, developing and implementing actuarial strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Lead a team of actuaries to project the lifetime value of policies, develop models to address critical business needs, and analyze data to provide strategic insights to the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project goals and expectations for delivery on all key actuarial activities.
• Present data and analytical findings to key business stakeholders at all levels of leadership.
• Develop and maintain best practices for organization-wide data usage and analysis.
• Mentor, guide, and develop team leaders and team members.

• ASA certification required; FSA preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience using descriptive and diagnostic analytics to help guide strategic decision-making in a business context.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing a team of actuaries and data scientists.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and effectively lead a team while effectively prioritizing and allocating their time and resources.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts verbally and in writing to colleagues with varying degrees of analytical knowledge and understanding.
