Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief DevOps Strategist to lead our DevSecOps strategy and drive the adoption of modern software development life cycle practices across our organization.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for defining and evolving our DevSecOps strategy and roadmap, as well as developing and promoting best practices for SDLC and DevSecOps across technologies and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the DevSecOps Community of Practice to implement DevSecOps practices and tools
  • Develop and promote best practices for SDLC and DevSecOps across technologies and teams
  • Advocate development best practices and technical architecture, driving adoption of new technologies across multiple functional teams
  • Present technical concepts & solutions to internal and external audiences, as well as upper management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have 10+ years of professional experience in system IT, with a broad experience with DevOps adoption and the Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $150,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position that requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, levels, and technical expertise. Experience working with public cloud platforms and foundational understanding of both current and legacy technologies are also desired.
