Job Summary

The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional spa services, including facials, baths, and body therapies. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a high level of customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform services using proper draping techniques, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable spa service, adhering to Trilogy and Well & Being Spa policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' needs with a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Setup and break down of designated treatment areas, maintaining neat and well-stocked work areas.
  • Provide spa guests with a tour of spa facilities, when needed.
  • Interact cooperatively with guests and co-workers, anticipating guests' needs and adhering to Well & Being Spa and Trilogy's standards for guest service.
  • Communicate guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager on Duty.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current state Esthetics License.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an Esthetician position, preferably in a hotel/resort.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Knowledge of Esthetics and Esthetics practices.
  • Flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends, and availability on an 'On Call' basis, if needed.
  • Polished, professional, and strong command of both written and verbal English.
  • Organized, timely, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic Computer software skills.

Compensation: 15% Service Commission + hourly + Service Charge + Retail Commission Compensation: $8.50 per hour
