**Job Summary:**

Aireko Services & Installations is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on assigned facilities to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Investigate and repair air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical system issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize and schedule repairs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct minor repairs and replacements of damaged bulbs, lamps, receptacles, and other electrical components.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid PR driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs on a routine basis.
  • Capacity to work at heights.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
