Relationship Banker

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to provide excellent service to internal and external clients. This role requires a strong analytical skillset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
  
• Provide information to bank visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff as necessary.
  
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Listen to customer needs and match them to the bank's products and services to drive sales and revenue growth.
  
• Generate new accounts, loans, and other products to meet customer needs and branch profitability goals.
  
• Cross-sell bank products and services to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  
• Process customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in all aspects of the job.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  
• Two (2) years of retail/sales experience required, with experience in financial services highly desirable.
  
• Excellent consulting, sales, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (verbal and written) highly desirable.
  
• Ability to multitask, work in a team environment, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business applications required.
