Job Summary:

As a key member of the QRC Group, LLC team, the Sr Associate EH&S will be responsible for developing and implementing EH&S programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include developing new programs, implementing changes as necessary, and interfacing with EH&S regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of directly related experience or an Associate's degree and 6 years of directly related experience. Bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement EH&S programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to promote a safe working environment.
  • Interface with EH&S regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare reports and responses to inquiries.
  • Conduct monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of directly related experience or 6 years with an Associate's degree.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English).
  • Technical report writing.


Preferred Background:
  • Science Biology, Biomedical, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or Occupational Safety.


Preferred Tools:
  • Ergonomic software (e.g., Humantech, Auburn Engineering).
  • Tools (e.g., NIOSH, RULA, REBA).
