Intake Director

Rivervista Behavioral Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intake Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for facilitating the response to requests for services, including the initial response, assessment, and referral process. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the level of care required
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and quality care

Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work or counseling required
• Current unencumbered clinical social work or counseling license: LSW, LISW, BSW, MSW, LPC, or LPCC required
• Strong clinical assessment skills and experience working with adult and geriatric patients
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet typing keyboard expectations
