  • Producing a variety of routine and ad hoc financial reports, packages, and proforma analyses for senior management and planning units.
  • Coordinating research, development, and preparation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Exchanging and explaining involved information, conveying performance expectations, and handling sensitive issues with finesse.
  • Leading by example and modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Influencing parties with shared interests to reach agreements and successfully implement strategies.
  • Applying deep knowledge of your field and integrating it with other subject areas to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving day-to-day and moderately sophisticated issues in existing systems and processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years of proven experience in a related field.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and exciting performance, as well as retention strategies.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, deliver performance objectives, and handle challenges optimally.
  • Leadership skills to empower the team and positively impact the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a curious approach.
  • Intermediate math skills with the ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
What We Offer

CBRE offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on our applicable benefit program.
