Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in daily operations and assigned responsibilities.
- Perform initial review of documentation and delegate tasks to the Grant Analysts.
- Retrieve, organize, and store all project documentation using available tools and systems.
- Prepare recommendation letters.
- Implement and execute activities as established by the Project Manager's logistics and program plans.
- Provide direct support to the Project Manager in coordinating, conducting, and documenting necessary meetings, including outreach activities, training sessions, and workshops.
- Assist in the development, preparation, and submission of required deliverables, including weekly and monthly reports.
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the tasks of the Grant Analysts team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution plus five (5) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Grant Program Auditing Experience: Must have experience auditing federally funded grant program processes, including but not limited to: Document and process auditing Policy review and implementation Compliance review Invoice review and validation.
- Familiarity with Public Assistance, CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, ARP-A, or Infrastructure Bill projects.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication required).
- Must be currently residing and working within Puerto Rico.
