• Monitor seating, planning ahead to maximize service flow and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Use our restaurant reservation system efficiently, maintaining accurate table status, rotations, and guest notes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and crisp environment.
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor, contributing to the overall ambiance and presentation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant is highly preferred.
• Approachable and personable personality.
• Ability to be patient with guests' requests.
