Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Frozen Clerk to join our team at Strack & Van Til. As a Frozen Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
  • Stock and rotate product to ensure freshness and availability
  • Face merchandise in the department to ensure visibility and appeal
  • Operate baler and trash compactor to maintain a clean and efficient store environment
  • Climb ladders and stair tower to reach stock and perform other tasks

Requirements:

  • A positive and pleasant personality
  • Effective memory skills and good hand-eye coordination
  • Dependability and ability to follow directions
  • A strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Work Environment: The Frozen Clerk will work in a fast-paced retail environment with normal exposure to weather and temperature extremes. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
