As an Executive Assistant III at Kaiser Permanente, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership and department workflow. Your responsibilities will include coordinating intricate executive calendars and travel arrangements, providing administrative support, and anticipating the executives' upcoming needs. You will also be responsible for drafting and distributing confidential documents, making commitments on behalf of the executive, and resolving conflicts with the executive's best interests in mind.
Key Responsibilities:- Pursue effective relationships with others by providing resources, information, advice, and expertise to coworkers and members.
- Listen to, seek, and address performance feedback; provide mentoring to team members.
- Pursue self-development; create plans and take action to capitalize on strengths and develop weaknesses; influence others through technical explanations and examples.

- Support and respond to the needs of others to support a business outcome.
- Complete work assignments autonomously by applying up-to-date expertise in subject area to generate creative solutions; ensure all procedures and policies are followed; leverage an understanding of data and resources to support projects or initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems; escalate issues or risks as appropriate; communicate progress and information.
- Support, identify, and monitor priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
- Identify, speak up, and implement ways to address improvement opportunities for team.
- Independently plan and execute information dissemination by drafting standard and nonstandard presentations, handouts, reports/spreadsheets, graphics, status reports, resource management reports, and other deliverables with regular review from senior colleagues.
- Execute the workflow of the department independently by assisting in the novel resolution of standard and nonstandard requests from department managers on an ad-hoc basis; independently anticipating and offering assistance for business needs that require support.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in leadership administrative support.
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent AND two (2) years of experience in administrative support or related field, OR Minimum three (3) years of experience in administrative support or related field.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Discretion; Leadership Communications; Customer Experience; Computer Literacy; Data Entry; Data Integrity; Interpersonal Skills.
