About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our dynamic care team, providing clinical expertise in-home. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, and preparing meals and snacks according to instructions.
  • Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and perform light housekeeping activities.
  • Perform patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse, including providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises, and assisting with blood glucose monitoring.
