Job Summary

The Citizen Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and documenting processes across the Operations Division, identifying improvements and recommendations. This role will also manage initiatives and deliver services that implement creative solutions using Office 365, Power Platform, JIRA, and RPA tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend approaches.
• Develop new processes, tasks, and objects using core workflow principles.
• Reengineer processes to improve automation.
• Develop detailed process descriptions and automation architecture proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create project plans and manage expectations.
• Comply with enterprise governance, design, and coding standards.
• Use Agile methodologies to deliver results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Information, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in process design and improvement, automation consulting, and programming.
• Knowledge of process efficiency tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in written and oral English/Spanish language.
