Merchandise Planner

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly analytical Merchandise Planner to join our team at Nexgrill Industries Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to drive sales and optimize inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from different sources to ensure accuracy and organization
• Create reports highlighting key insights and trends across platforms
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust supply plans accordingly
• Collaborate with merchandising and factory teams to optimize supply chain operations
• Use market trends and historical data to inform future planning and strategy

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills (bonus points for SQL knowledge)
• Analytical mindset and ability to understand consumer behavior
• Experience working with reporting tools like Power BI
• 1-3 years of experience working with consumer products data, particularly with big-box retailers
