Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with service standards and operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience as a bartender in the hotel industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and auditory communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, proactive, organized, able to work under pressure, among others.
Working Conditions:
- Availability: flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
