Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for replacing, installing, and configuring computers, including hardware and software setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replacing, installing, and configuring computers, including hardware and software setup.
  • Performing computer hardware repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Connecting and configuring systems within an Ethernet network environment.
  • Managing user accounts and access within Active Directory.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Ensuring proper integration with the existing IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Science or Computer/Information Technology and 2-3 years of experience in a related field. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory, as well as experience working in a regulated industry.
