Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading various in-store tasks, training and supporting Store Associates, and ensuring the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively. You will also contribute to achieving store compliance and loss prevention standards, participate in team meetings, and take on other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
