Optometrist Specialist

At EssilorLuxottica, we are committed to delivering exceptional eye care services. This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Optometrist to join our team as an Associate Optometrist in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our passion for providing high-quality care and excellent customer service. As an Associate Optometrist, you will be responsible for delivering key performance indicators and serving as a leading ambassador of the Brand inside and outside the organization.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards. However, please note that this figure is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

• To execute clinical protocols while maximizing results and practicing growth through strong partnership with the MOD, SMM, and team.
• To ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• To establish a positive Doctor/patient relationship.
• To utilize and leverage effectively all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient/customer experiences.
• To maintain State Licensure in good standing and practices to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Doctor of Optometry
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology
• Strong communicator and listener
• Problem-solving ability
• Solid organizational skills
