We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Molly Maid. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and comfortable.
Responsibilities- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our proven process to delight every customer.
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the necessary cleaning supplies.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check.
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
- A stable and consistent working schedule.
- All your cleaning supplies.
- All your training.
- All your appointments.
- Your housekeeper uniform.
- A company car while you work, so you don't have to put miles on yours.
