Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Experian. This role is part of the North America Talent Acquisition team and offers a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class talent acquisition organization. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in sourcing and prescreening top-quality talent in the marketplace, directly impacting the quality of candidates we hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver recruiting strategies to ensure Experian selects the best candidates while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build targeted sourcing plans.
- Manage searches through the recruitment life cycle, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
- Provide consultation to hiring managers on final candidate selection and develop offer recommendations.
- Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement innovative search techniques.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, with a proven track record of success and client satisfaction.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on Sales/Technical Product Sales roles.
- Prior project/program management experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate sensitive messages to business leaders.
- Strong working knowledge of local salaries and other compensation details.
- Sense of urgency and prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated consultative and solution-oriented approach to search engagements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Experience with ATS applications, Taleo a plus.
