Key Responsibilities:- Meet budget targets and drive cost improvements through efficient laboratory requisitions and inventory processes.
- Identify and implement new technology, systems, and equipment for QC Laboratories, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training on new testing, systems, and techniques, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Coordinate laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement process improvement opportunities, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Support the coordination of activities required for the transfer of new products and existing products, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, natural science, engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with similar responsibilities.
- Knowledgeable in Quality Systems and proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office.
- Excellent negotiation skills, leadership, and analytical thinking.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
