**About the Position:**

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Services Supervisor to join our Appleone team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of personnel responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for packaging equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process systems, filling, and packaging maintenance
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising teams and implementing maintenance programs
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict management skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
