Server Liaison

The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests in our dining room. This includes taking food and drink orders, engaging with residents in a friendly manner, and ensuring that tables are enjoying their meals.

• 
  
• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests accurately and with a positive attitude
  
• Write resident or guest food orders on order slips
  
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner
  
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
  
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
  
• Perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen
  
• Assist food preparation staff when necessary
  

• 
  
• Experience providing excellent customer service
  
• A positive attitude and ability to work well with cooks and other staff
  
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
  
• Ability to deliver orders in a timely manner
  
• Must have strong understanding of the English language sufficient to read and write
  
• Flexible availability during dining operations hours

• Squat on a frequent basis to reach below the knee
  
• Twist or rotate occasionally at the trunk, hips, knees, and neck
