We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team at Popular. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for managing sales-based marketing strategies to identify and secure potential clients, providing comprehensive risk management solutions, and maintaining excellent relationships with internal employees and other producers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet new and existing policyholders' needs.
- Assess clients' financial positions and propose insurance options based on benefits and limitations.
- Ensure clients complete required forms, inform them on insurance policy requirements, and facilitate the claims process.
- Host events and participate in activities to build relationships with clients and promote Popular's services.
- Prepare and deliver insurance proposals to potential and existing clients.
- Monitor sales efforts and client complaints, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- At least three years of experience in sales and process management.
- Life and/or Disability and/or Property & Casualty License.
- Industry certifications preferred.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Excellent presentation skills in Spanish and English.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop financial reports and recommendations.
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
