The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, preferably in collections or a related field, and possess excellent problem-solving skills to navigate difficult situations.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, securing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Additionally, the selected candidate will participate in training for eight consecutive weeks from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
