Personal Banker

PNC is seeking a skilled Personal Banker to strengthen customer relationships and identify financial solutions. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will engage customers in sales conversations, leveraging a defined sales process to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty

Requirements:

• 1+ years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of banking products and digital awareness
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a matrix management environment
