Job DescriptionThis is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Technical Facilitator - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Managing inventory of supplies and equipment
- Reading meters and supplying paper
- Coordinating with IT support for technical issues
- Providing solutions to customers for basic equipment problems
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also need to maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
