Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch offices in Puerto Rico.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Direct Operations: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Staff Development: Foster a positive work environment, provide training and coaching to staff members, and promote career advancement opportunities.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Lead sales teams in achieving revenue targets, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Advertising and Public Relations: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field; or six years of full-time work experience.
  • Experience: Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities; sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferable.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint); bilingual (oral and written proficiency in Spanish and English).
