Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of an entertainment venue, requiring coordination of event logistics, maintenance of arcade games, and interaction with guests.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and execution
- Maintain arcade games and ensure they are functioning properly
- Guide and entertain guests, providing explanations of game rules and strategies
- Ensure the arcade area remains clean and organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Oversee the redemption center and ensure it is well-stocked
- Assist guests in selecting from a variety of prizes, contributing to their memorable experience

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in entertainment or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for effective multitasking and prioritization
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail necessary
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic computer skills required
