The role of a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, is critical to driving continuous improvement projects across the organization. This position requires a strong leader who can leverage both internal and external resources to achieve company objectives and strategies.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with experience in managing continuous improvement projects in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints. Additionally, they will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be team work oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This is a site-essential role that requires 100% of shifts onsite at our facility. As a member of our team, you will contribute to transforming the site culture of excellence through effective leadership and communication with different stakeholders.
