Occupational Therapist Service Provider

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor (IC). As an IC, you will administer occupational therapy to patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis. You will work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing to provide services that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist IC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administering occupational therapy to patients in their place of residence">
• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs">
• Providing education and training to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies">
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care">
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program">
• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)">
• Licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state(s) where you will be working">
• At least 6 months of experience as an Occupational Therapist">
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation">
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as
