Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corp. as a Utility Systems Operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of general mechanical and preventative maintenance activities for hospital Utility Systems.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical, emergency power, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, water, sewer, steam, medical gas (oxygen & air), and medical vacuum systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure seamless system operation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
