The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of microbiology and sterilization techniques, including Ethylene oxide sterilization, bacterial endotoxin testing, bioburden analysis, and radiation sterilization. A strong background in validation, documentation, and project management is also required.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing validation plans and protocols
  • Conducting microbial test method validations
  • Maintaining records and reports on sterilization processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations
