Job Title: Implementation Specialist

At SpotOn, we're dedicated to helping restaurants and small businesses thrive with our innovative payment and software solutions. As an Implementation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement our Restaurant Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Facilitate virtual consultations with clients and execute diligent follow-ups
  • Manage the backend of the Restaurant POS and its supplementary software platforms
  • Recommend additional products from our portfolio to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with POS implementation or working in restaurants
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and possess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Compensation:

Our base pay is $19/hour for this position. Offers will be reflective of the candidate's location and experience.
